Don was approximately 1 month old when found on the streets, in a cardboard box along with his sister Dolly. Left by the side of a very busy road, used regularly by truckers. Cold and hungry just babies they did not even have all their teeth. But this is Croatia, just like the main country we help animals in Romania, Croatia has similar abusive mentality when it comes to the defenseless strays.
Fortunately a volunteer from a local shelter found them and took them home. The volunteer already has another 7 dogs at home, a very small home and cats as well.

She keeps them in a room separate from the other dogs as they are ganging up on the pups. Don is sharing his room with his sister and a cat, who seems to get along with very well. Don has a more elongated tan face than his sister and the leaner of the two.

He needs a home he can call his own. a home where he will be loved and feel safe. with Dolly being so young he will adapt to family life pretty quickly and has no issues with people or cats.
After his poor start in life he deserves a better chance.
