ADOPTED-BONO 1 year old Schnauzer cross male. Death Row

Bono is another little boy who has found himself in the pound, unfortunately the pound has a kill policy if the dogs are not adopted.           DEATH DATE 10.10.2013

As a charity that helps thousands of animals every year in various ways, we just do not have the resources or foster homes to take all the dogs from death row. All we and our network of rescuers/carers can do is visit the dogs every day, feed them and make sure they are well whilst we try frantically to find each one a home. We get all dogs ready to travel in the hope that they will find homes in time.

Bono was a stray on the streets of Croatia fending for himself, facing all kinds of dangers, starvation, being beaten to death or seriously injured or even killed by traffic. Bono is a little scared of people and new dogs that he meets, but once he is sure he is not going to be hurt, he is more than happy to have cuddles and fusses.

Bono just needs that some one special who can spent plenty of time with him, to help him build up his confidence and to feel secure. He really is a lovely boy and has shown no aggression at all, he is just a bit of a scaredy cat. He desperately needs to be out of the pound and into a loving home or a foster home. Once he learns to trust he will make a lovely pet and companion as he does enjoy it when volunteers go to the pound on a weekend to walk the dogs and try and socialize them as much as they possibly can. please help this lovely boy.
