FINDUS- IB

ADOPTED - FINDUS 5 month old male mixed breed medium size needing a forever home

Most of the dogs in Romania are either dumped on the streets, dumped in public shelters which are horrendous places, born on the streets having to fend for themselves and face all kinds of dangers. Starvation being the biggest, beatings, torture, being hit by cars or even killed for money. The streets are a cruel cruel place especially winter time. Some also suffer horrendous cruelty from so called animal loving owners and the lucky ones are taken to private shelters where they are looked after until homes can be found for them.

Findus was taken from the streets to the Radauti public shelter by the dog catchers, no sign of his mother, left fending for himself. He is a shy but friendly little boy an gets on well with the other dogs in his kennel, which is just as well as there are up to at least 50 sometimes in one kennel area. The kennels are out side and the Romanian winters are very harsh indeed. Findus just needs the chance of a loving home, a public shelter is no place for any dog let alone a young one. It is not known what he is like with cats or young children, so a family with children over 7 would be advised.

Findus will be vaccinated to legal requirements for transport
