ADOPTED -LEO

 Leo is a timid young dog of only a year old but he does not have much time left. He is in the public shelter and the dogs have only 60 days to be adopted before they are killed.  Leo's death date has expired so he is in urgent need of a home to save his life.  All the dogs are in danger in the pound as it is overcrowded, dogs may be killed by other dogs before their time is up.

Leo may have escaped a miserable existence with starvation, cruelty and danger on the street when taken to the public shelter but life in the pound is horrific by any standard. The food is given very sparingly, fights are frequent and care and love are non-existent apart from when the volunteers visit to feed the dogs.  They get them ready to travel and promote them in the hope they are adopted. 

Leo is at 9kg now and fully grown so is a small sized dog. He is a sweet and loving boy who will make a wonderful family member and companion.  He is great with people and other dogs.  Please get in touch if you can offer Leo a home, he hasn't much time left and deserves to live.
